This is the only official site for our Homeowners Association that is managed by our Board of Directors. All authorized HOA documents and communications can be found here on our website. Only homeowners within our HOA are registered members of this site.
IMPORTANT
April 2024:
As the weather gets better and we spend more time outside, please remember that there are several STOP SIGNS throughout the neighborhood. Deer Run Hollow has many new families with young children who are out and about playing, riding bikes, scooters, etc. You MUST obey traffic signs and stay vigilant at all times.
This includes STOPPING AT STOP SIGNS.
Please also remind visitors to our neighborhood that they must also obey traffic signage.

About the Home Owner's Association
There are 135 properties within the Deer Run Hollow Homeowners Association. These properties are on Cindy Lane, Christine Court, Deer Run Hollow, and Jason Lane.
Note: Properties located on DeVoe Drive, Margaret Court, Kasper Drive, Windsor Drive, and Bayberry Drive, and other streets within Colonial Green are not part of our homeowners association.
About Our Neighborhood
Deer Run Hollow is a community nestled in the Town of Halfmoon and Southern Saratoga County. Our neighborhood area (not HOA) consists homes located on Cindy Lane, Christine Court, Deer Run Hollow, Jason Lane, Margaret Court, DeVoe Drive, Windsor Drive, Bayberry Drive, Kasper Drive and other streets within Colonial Green or the community located along Sitterly Road and Woodin Road. The Nextdoor App considers this portion on the map to be "Deer Run Hollow Neighborhood". For further clarification, please read below.

- Nextdoor mails out marketing letters to homeowners that appear to be sent from a neighbor in our area. However, the neighbor is not sending these letters. The letters come directly from the social media marketing department and randomly selects names of users on their platform.
